Knockout Nutrition offers prepared meal plans for all nutrition goals. Below are some of the questions our clients ask.

We provide pre packaged, calorie counted, caloric rated, nutritious meals. Your weekly meal package is available for pick up or delivery. Meals can be picked up at Knockout Fitness or we deliver them right to your home.
All orders are done online, on our easy to use website. You create a meal plan and submit your order every week, no later than Friday at 11:59 PM.
Sunday = Monday – Wednesdays meals
Wednesday = Thursday – Sundays meals
Under the “Meal Plans” tab on our site, click the “Choose A Meal Plan” link. From here, you have three choices, Lose Weight, Tone Up, or Gain Weight. Click the “Create This Meal Plan” button that best matches your goals. From there select your meal preferences and delivery options.
Choose from our best dishes! We seasonally update our menu every 4-8 weeks! 
When you create your plan for the first time, the moment you hit the “checkout” button, we will automatically create you an account and email you the Login info.
Use the following descriptions to help guide you to successful nutrition…

Lose Weight – Generally the meals are in the 250-400 calorie range. These meals are made up of protein, carbs, and are high in fiber to help keep you satisfied throughout the day. If your primary goal is to lose more than 10 pounds, our weight loss plan is an excellent option.

Tone Up – Generally the meals are in the 300-500 calorie range with lunch and dinner being closer to the 500-calorie range. These meals are generally higher in protein which is critical when trying to lean out or add lean muscle mass. A blend of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats help compose these dishes. Choose this plan if your primary goal is to convert fat to lean muscle.

Weight Gain – A self-explanatory plan, these meals will help you gain weight in a healthy manner and promote muscle gain. Expect these meals to be upwards of 500 calories and high in protein and carbs. We still opt for lean meat and protein sources, however you can expect a gradual and more importantly, healthy weight increase.

We recommend reheating your meals in a 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Remember to transfer food from the provided container to an oven safe dish.

Alternatively, our meals can be reheated in the microwave safe container provided. Our meals can be reheated by microwaving for about two minutes.

Currently, we do not take into account any allergies. The eight most common food allergens are as follows: milk, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts (such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts), fish (like bass, cod, flounder), shellfish (including crab, lobster and shrimp), soy and wheat. Please be advised that some meals may contain these allergens and also contain the no-calorie sweetener, Splenda®, also known as sucralose. If you’re allergic to any of these items, you should know that we prepare foods in our kitchens with these ingredients, and while we make every effort not to do so, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your other meals. Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We caution you to exercise extreme caution when ordering Knockout Nutrition if you have any food related allergies.
Pick-Up your meals at our awesome gym Knockout Fitness, located at 1108 Light St. Baltimore, MD 21230. Pick up times on Wednesday are from 6:00PM – 7:45PM. Please keep in mind that our regular scheduled classes will be in session during this time. Pick up times on Sunday are from 6:30PM – 7:30PM. If you are unable to pick up your meals during these times you are welcome to pick them up anytime during our regularly scheduled classes. Click here to see what times we offer classes. If you are unable to pick up your meals during the times our gym is open feel free to call or email and we can arrange to have someone on site for you.

Forze XXIV Training Gym: 11605 Crossroads Cir, Middle River, MD 21220. If you are selecting this pick up location please be advised that your pick up times are different! Your meals will be available for pick up Monday and Thursday. Since Forze is a studio gym, they will only be staffed when a class is scheduled. Your meals will be available for pick up Monday from 3:30PM-8PM and Thursday from 3:30PM-8PM. If you are a member of Forze, you can pick up your meals anytime on Monday after 12PM and Thursday after 12PM as your key fab allows you 24 hour access to the gym.

5 Star Nutrition: 2649 Annapolis Rd E, Hanover, MD 21076. If you are selecting this pick up location please be advised that your pick up times are different! Your meals will be available for pick up Monday from 12PM-8PM and Thursday from 12PM-8PM.

Grounded Crossfit: 7476 New Ridge Rd f, Hanover, MD 21076. If you are selecting this pick up location please be advised that your pick up times are different! Since Grounded is a studio gym, they will only be staffed when a class is scheduled. Your meals will be available for pick up Monday from 3:30PM-8PM and Thursday from 3:30PM-8PM.

Merritt Clubs – Canton: 3401 Boston Street Baltimore, MD 21224. If you are selecting this pick up location please be advised that your pick up times are different! Your meals will be available for pick up Monday at 7AM and Thursday at 7AM. Merritt Canton is a 24-hour facility so you may pickup your meals anytime thereafter.

We currently offer delivery to the Baltimore area within a 1-to-10 mile radius, 11-15 mile radius, and 16-20 mile radius each with respective pricing from our pick up location. We provide a comment section in the delivery options. Use this section to provide details and very specific delivery instructions, including address and drop-off instructions. It is your responsibility to provide us with some type of cooler to place your meals in. It is important to note that we are not liable for vandalized or stolen meals. This is why it is important to be very specific when filling out your preferences in the delivery section. Deliveries occur roughly between 5PM and 10 PM every Sunday and Wednesday.
